We can print any image you upload to your order plus any of the various designs we have on our site already.

Yes, this is no problem, we can print a different image on each of your individual brownies. Please be aware, however, that if you have 9 different images there will not be much room for text.
The Brownies keep really well, they will still be perfectly fine up to 10 days from receipt.
We post via Royal Mail, they are in secure packaging so will arrive safely. Your Brownies will fit through the letterbox so they are a fantastic way to send them as a gift or a treat for someone. Please be aware that if you need a specific date then you will need to use Special Delivery.
If your ordering in bulk we may send via courier, for this you will get tracking from when it leaves us and be emailed an ETA.
Yes, you can request amy of our designs, or your personalised Brownies as one big piece instead of a box of 9.
If you select 9 pieces, each brownie will be 5.4cm square and 2.5cm deep. If you select the 1 piece it will be 17cm square and 2.5cm deep.

Please check the file type and size of photo you are trying to upload. Max file size is 12MB and the file needs to be one of the following file types; .jpg .jpeg .jpe .gif .png .bmp .tiff .tif .webp .avif .heic .pdf. If your file is in a different format to these, press the email option below.
Check your connection is fast enough to upload photos. If you have slow Wi-Fi or mobile signal, your upload speed may not be quick enough to send the photo to our servers. The upload can time out and the upload fail if receiving the file too slow. In this instance try another connection.
If you have tried both the options above please press the ‘Allow me to send via email‘. By pressing the below you understand the order will not be processed until we receive the correct amount of images from you via email.
